Cute dress, disappointing fabric

Dress fits cute, true to size and is flattering. Love the unique sleeves and the detail at the waist. But, the trouble is the cheap fabric. It's pilling pretty badly after just two wears. The fabric also clings to tights, which makes the dress unflattering when you walk. Pretty disappointing, especially with the $98 price tag. Glad I didn't pay full price.
