just ok
I ordered this dress because of its classic style and planned on wearing it to work. However, the material is so thin it really shows everything and is very clingy. Plus, it's too short for work. Also, the fabric has a sheen to it, making the quality feel cheap, like a Halloween costume you get in a bag. I'll save it to wear on a date since I got a good deal on it, but it's not work appropriate.

Simple, but great for work..
This dress is perfect for work. It is simple, but not boring by any means. It can be dressed up a little with a fun belt or jewelry. I have been wearing it to the office with a cardigan and flats and it looks great and professional. It runs true to size and the fit is very comfortable.

Love The Limited, but not this dress...
I purchased this dress with the intention of wearing it to a work / holiday party. I really wanted to love it... but couldn't. The material is very thin and flimsy (lacking any shape). Also, please note that there is a zipper on one side of the leg, where the black and print materials come together. Zipped or unzipped, I couldn't make the dress work.

Glad I Ordered!
I ordered this dress but felt skeptical it would actually fit... I'm 5'10 and 140lbs with larger shoulders (volleyball player/swimmer shape) and thought the pattern may make my shoulders look larger, but actually it was very flattering. The dress surprisingly fit very well and is very cute. I'm excited to wear it to work!

Not sure about that extra zipper, but great dress!
I bought this dress as another outfit to wear to work aside from the normal sweater dresses and skirts that I already own. I wasn't cool with the slit in the front for work, but I saw from the photos that the zipper would close it, so I bought the dress anyway. The zipper closes so that there is no slit, but then the zipper pull hangs just below the hemline so it looks like a pulled thread or something. I think they could have done without that in the design, hence the 4 stars overall. Other than that, it's a very comfortable dress. The checkered side parts are a different material that is very light and a little shiny. I would not have tried this dress on if I saw it in store because it looks horrible on the hanger (bulky and huge), but I'm glad I saw it online because it looks just like the picture! (I'm about 5'2" 125 pounds, and I bought a size 2.)
