I tried this on in the store and was surprised to find that I really liked it. I love the blousy look and how it paired well with shorts for a casual look and slacks/pencil skirt for a business look. It's very comfortable and flattering. It does run a tad large, but I attribute that to the blousy effect.

The picture on here does not do this shirt any justice. It is such a beautiful shirt, and looks awesome tucked into a black pencil skirt. Very soft fabric. I am usually between a small and an extra small (anything button-up that is formfitting I usually get a small) but got an extra small and this fits very well. I am 5'8" 135 pounds.
Beautiful print on this "tee"-it is really more a blouse. It is very striking looking in the mirror. It would work well with a dark rinse jean or white or navy pants or skirt. The sleeve is not a cap sleeve -however it is shorter than an average short sleeve blouse. However, unlike the cap sleeve, the end of the sleeve lands at a place in your arm that doesn't call attention to your arms if they are not totally buff. I have a problem with that with cap sleeves. The length of the top is just the right length-without being too long or too short. It is not clingy at all but not real loose either-in fact it slenderizes your figure and gives you a great sillouette.
I was afraid this print would look a little matronly, but it just feels very fresh. The print is a deep navy on an off-white background. This top fits the same as the teal and fuschia solid versions. The gathering on the shoulders stuck out weirdly on me, but for someone with broader shoulders, it should be fine. Please note that this top is rather sheer. You may need a cami for coverage.
