Just OK

Date:September 7, 2013
Very lightweight, love the sleeves, but is just too short. I generally like my tops longer then most, but this one just fell at an awkward length and looked rather odd.

4 me, Better than they say

Date:July 13, 2013
This item got very mixed reviews, but I decided to get it, and no regrets! The material is a thinner sweater-like knit, comfortable in cool temps, but not if you're looking for a very warm top. Perhaps I'm not a usual shape: I am a 5'4" 145 lb. woman, w/somewhat thick waist, and shoulders on the bigger side, with a 39" bust. I never know whether to get a medium or a large with this shape. This item fit and flattered me in M. The sleeves fell below the elbows, not very different from the model. My arms are normal, not stubby, but not long. Since I'm not tall, the length was right, but not long. If I got the large the neck would be too wide. The shoulders and bust are just right in M. It doesn't pinch at the waist, nor looks baggy. After a hand-wash it looks as good as new. I ordered a second one on sale, at a great price!

Too Short

Date:June 27, 2013
Agree with other reviewers in that this picture does not capture what the sweater actually looks like. It tends to be quite a bit shorter in the torso area. I have a longer torso so this causes problems! I can still kinda make this sweater work because I have some higher waisted pants. Ladies, this sweater might only work if you have a short torso.

Casual Sweater

Date:December 6, 2012
I am between sizes in TL tops and purchased a size S due to this being a thin gauge material (usually the thinner gauge sweaters highlight all the torso flaws I have). The ribbed hem does not have a cinch effect at the waist at all; the sweater hits mid-hip on me. I find 'crewneck' to be a rather creative description also as it is rather large and shows off the clavical bones. I do like the space-dye in classic white and black colors. The space dye has a tweed-like effect. I like to wear this with a pretty scarf in a bright primary color and jeans. It isn't a closet keeper for seasons to come, but it will be ok for warmer, late winter/early spring days when I want to reach for something comfortable and casual that looks good. I use Dryel to clean this sweater and have not had a problem with pilling.

not as it appears

Date:December 5, 2012
This is a very cute top, but certainly not for cold weather. It doesn't look like in the photo; the sleeves only go just past my elbows. I am not exceptionally tall or long-armed, so as the other reviewer said, that model MUST have some really short arms. Plus I can't figure out exactly why it's called "cinched waist", it isn't cinched anywhere. Quite a bit shorter than it looks too. I wanted some cute sweaters for when it starts getting really cold, so I am taking this back. I recommend only if you aren't shopping for warmth.

Comfortable and soft!

Date:November 30, 2012
I needed some new sweaters with a little something "extra" and I liked the sleeves on this one. I ordered an XS which is normally my size (5'2" 125 pounds), so it fits nicely but not like the picture. If you want the sleeves to hang like the picture, I'd say buy a size up, or even two, from what you would normally purchase. If you want it to be a little more form fitting and have the sleeves closer to your elbows, then buy your normal size. Also, the girl in the picture must have insanely small arms, because the ends of the sweater are snug around my arms, not hanging loosely open, but that could also be due to the sizing. Personally, I like how it fits on me as an XS. I would definitely buy another color of this sweater if it was available!
