These pants are perfect for winter because they are both stylish and warm. When I ordered them online I worried they would be too thin, but was so happy when they arrived and I discovered they are made of a thick velvet material. One thing I would point out is that they stretch out significantly upon use. I normally wear a size 2 from The Limited, but I exchanged the size 2 for the size 0 because these seem to run a little big.

Wanted to like them

I seriously wanted to like these so much-- I've been looking for affordable velvet pants since the colder weather arrived! At first, they fit great, a little tight even. But after maybe an hour or so, they stretched out SO MUCH. I can literally pinch a good inch or inch and a half on both legs. For reference I'm 5'7" and about 115. I'm so very disappointed.

These are cute pants and I like them alot better than the ones with the zipper at the ankle, but they were just not my style. The fit was good though.

So unbelievably comfortable, true to size although they stretch out throughout the day in the knees! Might want to bring a lint roller in your bag because they attract fluff, obviously it's velvet so you can't expect anything less. But such great pants for the holiday! A must have

These pants are a tighter fit, which is great for us skinny leg girls. I love the velvet look for winter. I wear a size 6 normally and these fit great. Size 6 legs of the pants are normally a little looser on me and these ones fit more snug. Love them!

I love the soft velvet material. These are a more skinny/slim pant that is tapered to the ankle. These will be great to wear to holiday parties. I bought my usual size in Drew and these fit perfect.

Velvet Drew Ankle Pant

For the past two years I've loved the velvet trend during the winter months, so this year I decided to go for it. I prefer the Cassidy fit, but I sized up with these Drew pants and the fit was great! Typically with Drew dress pants I size up and they are baggy behind the knees and the typical give most Limited dress pants have tends to make sizing up in Drew pants a bit too baggy. I think I won't have that issue here. These pants fit perfectly throughout, and I think are cut more narrowly through the leg. Usually the drew cut gives me a bit of muffin top even when I size up, but not so with these! The velvet was nice and soft, and at 5'8 the hem hit right above my ankle. I cannot wait to wear these throughout the holiday season! I will just need to remember to carry a lint roller in my purse, as these do attract any stray fibers from sweaters or pets.
