Hated this skirt. I ordered it thinking that it would be super cute for summer however the fabric is heavy and not very soft. The fit is terrible. I mean i understand the concept of the skirt and that it is supposed to flare out at the hips but it hit me all wrong and made for a very unflattering look. I thought that it maybe just needed to be ironed so that it way lay nicer, not the case. It still looked awful after I ironed it. All in all, a terrible skirt. i returned it! For a point of reference, I'm 5'9 and normally wear a size 6 or 8.

Neutral tweed skirt
I love this neutral tweed A-line skirt! I'm 5'8, 140lbs, and my typical medium fit just fine, and the hem hit at the knees. This skirt hit a bit lower on my waist, but I didn't find that it ran big at all. The textured tan tweed is very subtle, so you will be able to pair this with so much! This skirt is perfect for the days you want to wear something a little less constricting that your typical pencil skirt, and the material is a light knit, so you'll stay cool through the summer. A very versatile skirt!

I'm in love with this skirt! It's the perfect skirt for spring and looks great with a coral or yellow shirt on top! I can't wait to wear it more!

Classic & Elegant
This skirt is beautiful. The skirt runs true to size. Although the material is light the quality is great. It can be easily used as a summer, spring and fall skirt. I like that the color is off-white with very subtle brown accent -- makes its unique rather than just have a plain color. The design is elegant and classy so it can easily be dressed up or down. It is without a doubt a must have piece!

Versatile Skirt is just Perfect!
Bought this skirt as part of a suit/seperates set. Normally I'm a pants kind of girl but I loved the mix of modern shape with a more conservative fabric and length. I also love that the fabric is light enough to be worn in spring/early summer, but the "tweedy" aspect also makes it totally appropriate for fall.
The skirt is great with the matching jacket as a suit, or worn with cute top and a wide belt for a less "corporate" look.
I'm not sure of the body type of the previous reviewer who found this skirt running large, but I didn't encounter that at all. I normally wear a 0-2 and the XS fit perfectly. I am quite tall so the length might not be "right" for a more petite woman. It hits right above the knee for me, just like in the promotional photo. Overall I know this is a piece that is going to get a TON of wear because of it's flexibility: both in style, and fabric weight.

Bad fit :(
This skirt was massive on me! I usually wear a 2S pant & size XS/00 in skirts. The XS size was so big when I pinched the excess there was close to 3 inches! My co-worker who is a size 6 is wearing the XS! That's how big the waist is! :( its sooo cute but the fit is so off. Sigh...another cute skirt I can't wear.

another great skirt
I love everything about this skirt - the shape, the color, the fit. Everything was great for me. I feel it runs true to size (I normally wear 2 in skirts and found the XS to fit better than the S). The fact that it's not a straight pencil skirt makes it more versatile, IMO. Even though it's described as tweed, it is lightweight. I highly recommend this skirt! (And you have to love that it has pockets!!)
