Great Basic
I can't seem to stop buying the plainweave skirts! I bought this to match my existing plainweave jackets. The "contour" part of this outfit really helps bring the attention to the midline and so I feel that it makes my hips look a little less wide. :)

I loved the skirt but it fits a little more snug than I like. When on the line of 2 different sizes, go with the larger size.

Versatile and Figure-Flattering
I absolutely love this skirt--I can't believe how much I've worn it already! I also love the plainweave material. It's soft, comfy and only the slightest bit stretchy, plus it has a lovely drape to it, holds its shape well, and it doesn't wrinkle easily. It's also light enough that I can wear this skirt all year round.
This skirt has great versatility: I can dress it up by pairing it with the "peaked lapel jacket," the "taped cuff shirt" and some black pumps for a very professional skirt suit. Or I can make it more casual by pairing it with a sparkly cardigan and some black knee-high boots.
For me, the very best thing about this skirt is the fit. I'm 5'5" and a little petite, but with an hourglass figure. This skirt is just the right length and the hem is at about the same place on me as on the model. It runs true-to-size and my usual Limited size fits perfectly. But mostly I love this skirt because the contoured waistband makes the fit just a little looser through the hips than most pencil skirts. This makes it much more versatile for me, because some pencil skirts are so body-hugging on me that they're not necessarily appropriate for work. But the fit of this one is absolutely perfect and can be both sexy and professional. I love this skirt, and would recommend to just about anybody.

Perfect summer-weight black skirt.
This is going to be my go-to black office skirt for the rest of the summer/warm days of fall. It's comfy and lightweight but not at all cheap feeling. Wrinkling is minimal; you don't really need to iron this, which is a big plus (and one reason I got it, after reading the other reviews!). Skims the body nicely. Attractive fit. I am between sizes with Limited skirts, and the smaller of the two worked best in this instance.

Love the fit
I've been looking for a classic black skirt for a while now and finally found it! The pencil shape is flattering on my petite frame. It is a little longer than some other skirts, but not too long and completely work appropriate. I love that it is the same color and fabric as the black pant suit I bought last season so I can mix and match!

New favorite
Like every other woman, I have too many black skirts for work. This one, however, is my new favorite! It's comfortable, fits well and is just great. The material is fairly soft and hits the top of my knee (I'm 5'7"). It fits true to my usual Limited skirt size.

Perfect For All Occassions...
I tried this skirt on and fell in love instantly. It's going to be my go-to work skirt and it works perfectly with the peaked lapel jacket. :) I love that the back has two slits, and it's very flattering for my hourglass shape. Thanks to the limited, I feel confident, sexy, and professional at work.

Great fabric and quality that we have all come to love about The Limited. Doesn't wrinkle and I can get away with wearing a few times before dry cleaning. Very comfortable! Did I mention gorgeous?!
