Great cut for hourglass figures, cheap fabric
I love the fit of this skirt and own it in both black and the teal tweed. I am 5'1", 108 lbs., 25" waist and 35.5" hips and a zero fits great with a little extra room in the waist and hips so sitting isn't uncomfortable. Length on me is just past the top of the knee, so it's work appropriate but still cute. The teal skirt is great, but the black fabric has left something to be desired. It shows everything (don't even think about touching your skirt with anything at all on your hands, including Kleenex dust) and looks and feels a bit cheap as compared to some other Limited clothing. Nevertheless, it's cute and a welcome alternative to the traditional pencil skirt, so I would recommend it in either color!

Coyness is nice...
I purchased this skirt in a size 8 (wear a 4S in Cassidy fit pants and a 6S in Drew fit pants). I tried on the 6 and it had a little pull around the hipline, so I went up a size. I was actually a little taken aback by the size I ended up purchasing, but I got over it since this is such a great skirt and it looks slimming on. I love the tulip shape and the way the flared hem moves when I walk. I am 5'1" and this skirt ends just above my knees. I am starting to like these higher waistlines. The seaming on this skirt is superb! The plainweave material may have a bit of "stretch", but the inside lining does not stretch. At all... Like all of the plainweave skirts and pants, this has held its shape and color after going through my washer/dryer. Surprisingly easy to steam iron this flared hem also.

Super Cute!
While I love pencil skirts, I've been branching out lately to different silhouettes, and this tulip skirt is a great alternative. The design is flattering, and the shorter length (22" long) makes it easy to wear with both flats and heels. I bought a tweedy camel color that I saw in the store and have found it to be very versatile. I did need to size up in this skirt. Usually, I buy a 4, but the 6 fit much better, so I recommend sizing up. My only caveat is that the fabric could better for the $60 price tag. I bought mine on sale and wouldn't buy it at full price.

Beautiful, very nice skirt--I love the flared tulip look! It makes for a much more youthful professional skirt than Limited's typical pencil skirt. I even like the high waist! But, this black tulip skirt runs 1 size smaller than my other Limited clothes! I always wear a size 6 in Limited dresses and skirts, but had to exchange this one for a size 8. Now it fits perfectly, but buyer beware!. (I also have this skirt in teal--the teal version runs 2 size smaller than usual.)

Flirty but still Office Appropriate
The tulip flare is so cute and flirty, while the rest of the skirt fits snuggly and definitely defines curves. I'm 5'4" and not particularly curvy, and this is so flattering I wish they made more versions of it!

Really shows off the derriere
Oh my goodness—from the way this skirt was hung on the hanger, I wouldn't have chosen it but the sales rep recommended it and I tried on my usual size 2. WOW, it really is a flirty skirt, and sexy even; it made my butt look very cute! I'm 5'2 and it reached just at my knees.
